OUR SOLUTION
Open Approach (OA) and Vermont Teddy Bear (VTB) began working together mid 2020, amidst the chaos that was COVID. As the entire world tried to find their way through remote and work-from-home life, OA and VTB made that journey together. Not only was OA able to help VTB tread water and keep its remote user base afloat, as we learned more about their business and network, we were able to implement a variety of projects to greatly improve their infrastructure and security. This work started with replacing aging server infrastructure and storage, then segued to a company wide switching and network upgrade. On the security side, we worked through implementing MFA (Multi-factor authentication) for their primary line of business applications and rolling out a multi-faceted security bundle. These days our two companies continue working together by focusing on ways to optimize current processes and improve efficiency between the two team
