Additionally, we offer unlimited phone and remote support at a flat rate, which means your staff can bug our staff anytime they have an IT question — without worrying about costly add-on fees or waiting for approval from some higher-up at your organization.
But don’t worry: we still track all of that for you. With Desktop & User Care, we generate detailed inventory reports and configurations related to all the preventive maintenance activities conducted through our Help Desk. We track serial numbers, license expiration, warranties, vendor information, detailed service responses and much more, letting you keep track of all of the things we’re doing behind the scenes to keep your business up and running. The platform also comes with a built-in scripting engine and can also be used to deploy software applications remotely and automatically.

Unlimited On-Site Support is exactly as it sounds — when an issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will arrive on site with the tools and resources to resolve the issue at hand. This would be the case for hardware issues, issues involving a lack of connectivity to the network or Internet, and anything else that requires a physical set of trained hands on site. This ensures that we only go on- site when it is necessary, keeping our costs to you low.
